Refund policy

At Saints Offroad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To start the return process, please email us at support@saintsoffroad.com with your order details and we'll assist you. 

Please note the product(s) must be in their original packaging, in a new/sellable condition, and within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any products purchased with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning the items to us. No returns will be accepted on special orders, installed items, or electrical items.

Restocking Policy:

A 20% restocking fee plus any applicable and determined return package shipping charges will be applied on all returned merchandise and canceled orders.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be a 10% cancellation fee for all Saint MFG products cancelled within 14 days of order. Cancellation after 14 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Note: this only applies to Saint MFG products that have a lead time and have not been shipped out. 

Manufacturing:

Please inspect your delivery for any damage and note it on the delivery form, as shipping companies will not fulfill an insurance claim without this. We cannot be held responsible for any product or powder coat damage during transit, but we will facilitate a claim on your behalf with the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are misplaced or stolen after delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to Po Box addresses and shipments outside the U.S. or to AK or Hi will have a higher shipping rate. In this case, we'll contact you with a shipping quote after ordering.

Installation Date Cancellation Policy:

A 10% labor cancellation charge will be applied to all orders that are canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled install date.
