If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt to return it unopened for a refund or exchange.
To start the return process, simply use our online portal by clicking here. If you made your purchase in-store, please email us at support@saintsoffroad.com with your order details and we'll assist you.
Processing times may vary and lead times may be extended. Once an order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided.
Our regular Saints Offroad order fulfillment hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day (excluding holidays).
